For this project, I led the pre and post production of a full-scale photoshoot in Miami from Philadelphia. Developed moodboards and shot lists while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align on all content needs. I also led location research and secured on-brand locations, including managing all necessary permits and logistics. In addition, I casted talent by researching modeling agencies, negotiating rates, and booking models aligned with brand look and project budget.Served as lead photographer on-site, directing talent while capturing product, lifestyle, and e-commerce imagery for cross-departmental use. Led post-production and partnered with internal teams to deliver and launch final assets on a tight timeline in support of the brand launch.
